Join us in the work that matters

From infrastructure to intelligence systems,
the stakes are real.

So is the impact of what you build.

WHY NEURALIX

We work on AI systems that operate beyond controlled environments. Across infrastructure, energy and security, the problems are complex and the expectations are high.

This kind of work demands people who take ownership, think clearly and stay accountable for what they build.
Because once deployed, these systems don’t get the luxury of being theoretical.

Good work needs the right conditions.

We keep the environment simple and focused so you can do your best work without unnecessary friction.

What you build here should be something you can stand behind, not something that burns you out.

Ownership is the default

You don’t wait to be told what to do.
You take a problem, work through it, and carry it to completion.

Say what matters

We keep communication direct, focused and genuinely useful.
Less posturing, more clarity.

Different thinking is expected

We don’t hire for sameness.
Challenging ideas is part of building something that actually holds up.

Built for change

Things won’t stay stable and that’s fine.
We adjust, rethink and keep moving without losing direction.

Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable based on performance)

About Neuralix

Neuralix is an industrial AI company building physics-informed, first-principles AI systems for real-time intelligence in mission-critical environments across energy, manufacturing, and defence sectors. Our platforms integrate with sensor systems (SCADA/DCS/PLC/M2M) to enable predictive insights, operational optimization, and decision intelligence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven intern to support top-of-funnel business development through structured outreach. This is not a generic sales role. Your focus will be to identify relevant industry stakeholders, initiate conversations, and create qualified entry points in enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain target account lists across energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders such as plant heads, operations leaders, reliability teams, and digital transformation teams.
  • Clearly communicate AI use cases including predictive maintenance and energy optimization.
  • Qualify leads and secure introductory meetings for the senior team.
  • Track daily outreach metrics and maintain structured reports.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn using defined scripts and value propositions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and structured approach.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts at a high level.
  • High ownership, consistency, and willingness to engage with senior industry stakeholders.
  • Interest in AI, industrial systems, or enterprise technology is a plus.

What You Will Gain

  • First-hand exposure to enterprise AI and industry engagement.
  • Experience working alongside senior leadership on real-world industrial use cases.
  • Understanding of how AI is deployed in mission-critical environments.
  • Opportunity to convert into a longer-term role based on performance.

Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified conversations initiated.
  • Meetings scheduled with relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality of leads generated rather than just volume.

Important Note

This role focuses on creating meaningful entry points into enterprise accounts, not simply cold calling. You will receive training on structured, insight-led outreach aligned with real industry use cases.

  • You are self-directed and proactive.
  • You can comfortably engage with engineers and data scientists.
  • You communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
  • You care about delivering meaningful results.
  • You can operate effectively in a startup environment without a predefined playbook.
