Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven intern to support top-of-funnel business development through structured outreach. This is not a generic sales role. Your focus will be to identify relevant industry stakeholders, initiate conversations, and create qualified entry points in enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain target account lists across energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify relevant stakeholders such as plant heads, operations leaders, reliability teams, and digital transformation teams.
- Clearly communicate AI use cases including predictive maintenance and energy optimization.
- Qualify leads and secure introductory meetings for the senior team.
- Track daily outreach metrics and maintain structured reports.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn using defined scripts and value propositions.

Data Scientist / Analyst / Customer Success (AI-Driven Supply Chain Optimization)

Position Overview
Neuralix.AI Private Limited is seeking a Data Scientist/Analyst/Customer Success professional to work on AI-driven supply chain optimization projects for enterprise clients. This role combines technical data analysis, machine learning implementation, and direct client engagement to deliver measurable business impact in inventory management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale inventory and supply chain datasets from ERP systems, data warehouses, and optimization platforms.
- Develop and refine data extraction algorithms, duplicate detection models, and inventory optimization logic.
- Build models incorporating demand patterns, lead times, safety stock calculations, and material criticality.
- Write Python code for data processing, regex-based extraction, and batch processing workflows.
- Create structured reports and dashboards for business validation and decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business language and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct business validation sessions and gather requirements for project phases.
- Identify data quality gaps and recommend governance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or customer-facing analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, including pandas, NumPy, regex, and JSON processing.
- SQL experience for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Understanding of inventory management concepts such as ROP, EOQ, safety stock, lead times, and demand patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Client-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven analytics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- Knowledge of material master data structures.
- Knowledge of mining, heavy industry, or MRO inventory management.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of supply chain forecasting and demand planning.
- Previous customer success or client-facing consulting experience.
